Individual therapy
We believe that individual therapy is most effective when it is individualized and tailored to each individual client’s needs.
Our goal as your therapist is to create a non-judgmental and collaborative space for you to begin the work that allows you to enhance your life and meet your goals.
Starting therapy can feel terrifying, but you deserve more out of life. We specialize in working with clients with the following concerns:
Relationship issues
Trauma and PTSD
Depression and anxiety
Substance use and addiction
Psychedelic integration
couples therapy
Relationships are one of the most rewarding - and challenging - experiences in life. We can often feel angry, fearful, or misunderstood in our intimate relationships - perhaps leading you to feel unhappy or disconnected in your relationship.
Our primary goal as couples therapists is to help each partner feel seen and understood, work through painful past experiences, and improve communication patterns.
emdr
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful tool to help clients process past traumatic experiences in a new way. Traumatic events and memories that have not been process can manifest in symptoms such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addictions, or other destructive behaviors. EMDR is a widely researched process that helps the brain resolve and process trauma in a healthy way. Clients report that they feel more in control of their feelings and behaviors and that their traumatic past has less power over them and their lives after EMDR treatment.
Ketamine assisted psychotherapy
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is a cutting-edge, evidence-based treatment that can be a breakthrough treatment for clients that have tried talk therapy or other modalities in the past, and continue to feel stuck, or find themselves repeating old patterns and behaviors. Ketamine is a safe, legal medicine that has been used by the medical community for many years, and has shown success for treatment of depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, substance use, trauma/PTSD, among many other concerns.
